Credit Officer - Housing Finance

Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA

Its core business is to be a credit partner to growing Indian companies looking to realize the full breadth of their aspirations. Their loan offerings are tailored to meet the needs of most companies - they provide short-term bridge financing, medium-term project financing and can be term loan or working capital lenders.

Responsibilities:

- Personal discussions with the customer & Credit checks of applications as per policy;

- Downloading and analyzing Credit Bureau History; analyse financial and bank statements of the prospective customer and identification of cash flows, expenses and loan eligibility.

- Preparing Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM);

- Analyzing the property documents

- Check Legal and Technical reports for property cases;

- Disbursal of loan in system after checking all compliance.

- Sharing monthly repayment track record with credit bureaus; and

- Preparation of Monthly Credit MIS.

- Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to BM/HO for approval.

- Review and update credit and loan files.

- Compute payment schedules.

- Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.

- Suggest credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with BM.

- Customer query resolution pertaining to Sanction/Disbursement.

Skills:

- Must have min. 2 years exp. in Credit for any NBFC, HFC or Banks. Products are HL, LAP, PL, IL, BL. Must have good knowledge of CAM, PD, Underwriting, CIBIL, Balance sheet

- Experienced with home loan / Loan against Property and Mortgage loan experience of Banks/NBFCs/HFC's.
