Credit Monitoring Role - Large Corporate Segment

- Proposal Underwriting (Detailed Evaluation of Proposals)

- Detailed analysis of financial statements and models

- Industry / Business / Management Risk analysis

- Forecasting future financials and analysis of repayment capabilities

- Co-partner with business teams to manage end to end credit approval

- Policy adherence/ Recommend deviations raised and documented in compliance with credit policy.

- Preparation of credit note and approval/ decline sign-offs on every proposal regarding requests/ eligibility, bankability and compliance as per the credit policy and recommendation/ presenting to the sanctioning authority for approval,

- Engagement in negotiation, documentation and disbursement process

- Timely review of portfolio, Preparation of Portfolio cuts/decks, reports etc.

- Portfolio monitoring and identifying Early Warning Signals and take appropriate steps to ensure NIL delinquencies

- Customer/ Project/Site visits and continuous engagements

- Liaising with Internal teams (Business/ risk& Compliance/ Internal auditors / Operations/ Legal)

- Liaising with external agencies (Lenders Legal Counsel/Lenders Engineer/ Valuers/ Title Search Advocates/ Rating Agencies/ Security Trustee/ Lenders/ Auditors)

- Active engagement in the recovery and coordinate with multiple teams for legal related matters

- Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies, internal reporting and reports as per company designed systems

- Keeping track of regulatory changes and various Industry updates. Accessing the impact of the same on the portfolio allocated.

- Involvement in IT / Automation system implementation and processes improvement initiatives.

- Experience in team handling.
