1.) The candidate will be responsible for conducting income appraisal of loan applicants based on documented and undocumented income proofs. He should analyse the financial statements and business model to understand solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of businesses and individuals.

2.) The Candidate conduct Personal Discussions to appraise the customer and customer's business, cash-flows, risks and mitigants involved.

3.) The candidate shall be jointly responsible with the sales team for maintaining the quality of portfolio and minimising delinquency.

4.) The Candidate should monitor all the activities from pre-sanction documents, file review and login till disbursement. 5.) The candidate shall adhere to SOPs and control Turn-around Time (TAT) within the set standards.

6.) Candidate shall regularly interact with operations and sales teams to improve operational process, quality of sourcing, customer experience and TAT.

7.) The candidate shall stay abreast with trends in the market and regulatory environment and give feedback on improving the policy and operations process.

8.) The candidate should handle the team of CPA and ensure adherence to underwriting standards.

9.) The candidate shall be responsible for conducting product and policy training for credit/ops/sales teams as per the training needs of the teams.
