Credit Manager - Home Loans

- Assist in analysing the credit worthiness of the borrower

- Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same

- Support credit team in formulating credit policies

- Support credit team in new initiatives like credit derivative swaps, Basle II norms etc.

- Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations

- Evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the credit data warehouse perspective

- Having knowledge of credit underwriting

- Credit Appraisal, underwriting , evaluation etc

- Having good detailed understanding

- Maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers
