Position-Credit Manager

Qualification- MBA/CA From B-Schools.

Location- Dehradun/Rajkot

Job Role:

- Must be a local candidate

- Handled a team

- Should be ready to travel

- Total Experience should be more than 6 years

- Relevant experience should be at least 3-4 years in affordable housing with LAP, mortgage and Home loan.

- Coordinate with Sales& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.

- Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback.

- Recruiting and manpower forecast & planning.

- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & High levels of employee Satisfaction.

- Intensive travelling to Branches falling under the Area.

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
