Job Title : Credit Manager - Dealer Finance
Band/ Grade: DM/Manager
Reporting To : Zonal Credit Manager
Locations hiring for : Delhi (Centralized )
Key Responsibilities :
- Appraisal of proposals for WC finance to Dealers.
- Interaction with the client and site visit to understand the position of the business
- Preparation of the Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM's) for both the Short-Term & Long-Term Financing Facility.
- Analysis of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis) of the captioned deals,
- Suggesting and recommending the terms of sanctions to the borrower keeping in mind the internal credit policies and the risk-appetite of the of the company
- Co-ordination with the operations Team for the timely MIS updates.
- Training the team members about product/program features, the CAM formats and policies etc.
- Managing the Credit analyst team for prompt and quality credit processing.
- Recommending cases to higher level and / or approving as per the delegation matrix.
- TAT management, Customer visit quality and TAT.
- Fraud Risk Management.
- Portfolio Quality and Monitoring of non starters.
- Resolution of overdue accounts by coordinating with sales team.
- Monitoring PDD MIS, Follow-up for pending PDDs, PDD pendency to be kept within acceptable limits.
- Coordination with Operations team for due/ ovedrdue PDD process.
- Renewal/ review of cases in timely manner.
- Hiring of credit resources as per manpower budgeting, attrition management.
- Coordinating for training programs for credit team, imparting induction training.
- Maintenance of various MIS & Data like approval and rejection ratio, disbursal data, PDC presentation data, portfolio indicators etc.
- Market intelligence, providing inputs and feedback for policy and process improvement.
- Empanelment of different vendors viz. Legal Agency, Valuation Agency, CPV Agency, FCU Agency, ROC Search Agency.
- Vendor TAT management, Vendor Visits, Vendor payments and vendor reviews.
- To maintain adequate knowledge of channels and their sourcing pattern.
- To ensure Audit compliance and regulatory compliance for the region.
- Keep Industry and market changes in mind while recommending and approving cases.
- To take reference checks for prospective borrowers from market links and exiting lenders.
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years with Banks
Or Minimum : 5 years with NBFCs
Primary Skill : Credit analysis skill.

- MS Office proficiency and understanding of core banking/ online systems/ software.
- Technical Skills : Ability to understand financial analysis
- Knowledge of types of collateral, their acceptability as security and valuation norms for them.
- Understanding of process to conduct valuation and legal search report for immovable properties.
- Understanding of process to conduct valuation and verification of machinery and other movable assets.
