Key Responsibilities:

Project Appraisal:

- Appraising project funding proposal which would inter alia involve assessing viability of the project.

- Visiting the project site - evaluating technical & legal aspects of the project

Credit Appraisal:

- Analysing the financial statements of potential borrower, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements, stipulating conditions for future monitoring

- Assessing funding requirement through cash flow budgeting, finalizing tenure & repayment schedule of the proposed credit facility.

- Preparing appraisal note to be presented before the respective committee for approval, coordinating with the support groups for clearance of the proposal, maintaining appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit files.

Monitoring:

- Regular review of the accounts including preparing review note, renewal and post sanction notes.

Requirements:

- CA/ Full time MBA - Finance with 2-5 Years of experience

- Strong analytical & credit skills

- Real Estate Credit experience
