Credit Manager - Corporate/Project Finance - Bank - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Qualification: CA/MBA from top B-school (full-time)

Job Summary & Preferences:

- Candidates who can join immediately or with less notice period are preferred.

- Someone who has worked in banks in project finance and term loan deals.

- We need someone with credit analysis and underwriting experience.

- Candidate who has prepared Info memos, built financial models, presented to credit committee, monitor monthly performance of clients w.r.t. financial covenants etc.

- Candidates from corporate banking team (mid and large clients)

OR from credit rating agencies and large to mid size corporates handling banking/ treasury function.

- Ideally mid-level corporate banking relationship manager from a bank/ financial institution or someone handling the banking relationships at a mid to large size corporate (at least 5,000 Cr+ size).

Job description (Indicative only) :

- Develop and maintain MIS as required for bankers/ FI's

- Day to day coordination with bankers for any data requirements, compliances, approvals

- Monitor compliance of conditions as per Financing documents

- Negotiate yearly renewals of facilities

- Handling Trade finance facility and documentation

- Financial modelling for new projects

- Due diligence for new facilities

- Review and negotiate financing documents

- Yearly Credit rating

- Maintain cordial relationships with the banks/ FI's

- Monitor yearly Insurance renewals

- Understanding the business need and recommending the best suitable insurance policy

- Monitoring insurance claims
