Credit Manager - Construction Finance

Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers across India.

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified.

- Structuring deals & presenting to senior management committee for approval.

- Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.

- Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estate sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner

- A Client facing role where you shall be primarily based in Mumbai and responsible for project financing in Real Estate

- Ability to understand/ analyse the deal and suggest. structure accordingly

- Strong Business Acumen.

-Experience in handling large Residential/Commercial Real Estate project monitoring and documentation.

- Basic understanding of approvals required at various stages.

- Zeal to learn and ability to work & deliver in demanding moments.

- A strong time player with individual contribution abilities.
