Designation: Credit Manager

Experience: 5-12 years

Location: Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Using thorough due diligence to underwrite and structure the real estate investment ideas.

- Close collaboration with legal counsel for structuring, as well as internal and external vendors for technical and valuation services.

The preparation of comprehensive ideas to be presented to the Investment Committee, together with forecasting and micro-market analysis.

- Tracking the investments, including how money is used and collected, and spotting the early warning indicators of stress. recommending and carrying out remedial measures as necessary.
