We are looking for Credit Management professionals with exposure in handling Business Loans for a leading Private sector Bank.

Job Role:

- To ensure highest levels of portfolio quality of the respective territory, while maintaining excellent service levels to the customer (both internal and external), with very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement.

Location : Mumbai

Skill sets :

- Candidate must be well equipped with knowledge of Business Loans, Credit Management, Credit Appraisals and Credit Analysis.

Job description:

Credit Delivery: 

- Right distribution of load between Credit Managers for timely processing of loan proposals in line with the policy and process guidelines of the Bank.

 Credit Quality : 

- To keep a close check on Non-Starter, root cause analysis and take corrective action, requisite training to Credit Managers.

Daily Monitoring : 

- Daily monitoring of Login volume, Approval Rate & Rework, Credit Manager / Location Wise and ensuring the benchmark is met.

Audit & Vendor Management : 

- Cooperate with internal auditors, provide relevant data / information, respond to audit queries for a smooth audit review completion.

 People Management: 

- Managing and motivating teams to deliver superlative performance on KRAs.
