Credit Manager - BFSI

- Ability to underwrite for SENP cases with a balance of policy and processes with adequate judgement for prudent portfolio management.

- Sanctioning of Business Loans including all checks and verifications

- In-person/ Virtual meetings and discussions with customers

- Responsible for maintaining the processing TAT of the location

- Support and train the team of credit officers along with keeping an oversight of processes and policies

- Participate in and clear regular internal and external audits

- Vendor management, including quality monitoring

Qualification & experience :

- Years of experience - 2 - 5 years

- Mandatory Qualification -Full time Post Graduation in Finance / MBA/ Chartered Accountant

Essential skills :

- Basic knowledge of P&L / Balance Sheet and financial ratios

- Strong execution and tracking skills along with time and mail management

- Ability to work in unstructured and evolving situations with an open mind

- Adhere to expected TAT without compromising on quality

- Taking of initiatives, strong execution skills, forward thinking ability to anticipate hurdles

- Ability to understand customer needs and be responsive

- Technology skills - understanding of and working with existing market technologies in the Business industry

Ideal candidate (in terms of current role/ organization/ industry):

- CA/ full-time MBA from an organization of repute who has worked in companies with large volume of Business loans processing or worked in a centralized underwriting unit, process driven companies
