About the Role : Investment Management Debt side- Senior Manager

Job Description:

- Initiate new credit proposals with detailed analysis including macro economy, industry, promoter background and other qualitative aspects.

- Collect, organize and analyze in detail financial data to make meaningful conclusions while initiating and monitoring credits.

- Preparation of Investment Note and financial model.

- Monitoring performance of investee companies and covenant compliance.

- Term-sheet preparation, liaising and coordination for documentation.

- Lead company meetings and proposals.

- Connect with peers, issuers, and rating agencies to get updates on the current credit situation.

- Continuous monitoring of news, announcements or material events and analyzing/ articulating their impact on the existing portfolio to the management on a real time basis.

- Have knowledge and understanding about structural transactions and be able to add appropriate covenants to strengthen the transaction. Reading and summarizing the transaction documents.

Skills Required:

- Basic skills needed are analyzing and modelling financial statements, proficiency in Excel and MS Office apps, understanding of businesses, primary research, verbal and written communication

- Self-starter, lateral thinker, deadline focused

Qualification: Preferred post graduate degrees- CA/MBA/CFP/CFA
