Credit Head - Home Loan or LAP

Position : Credit Head.

Qualification : CA / MBA.

Job Role :

- Responsible for mortgages product for Mumbai region.

- Handling team of Credit Managers and operations manager

- Managing branch operations

- Handling 2 or 3 branches in Mumbai

- Analysis of Business intelligence Unit reports & strategically execution of conclusion and commendation.

- Synchronization with outsourced agencies and report of regular feedback on market behavior to team and senior authorities.

- Post disbursement scrutiny and make sure compliance of irregularities,collection, delinquent cases etc.
