About Us: We are a fintech NBFC promoted by the Damani group (K. M. Global) that has been in financial services for 30+ years. Our mission is to provide Fair Finance to Everyone. Recently, we raised $15 million funding in our seed round to further our mission of financial inclusion.

Our founding team has worked at fintech companies in London where they won a Banking Technology Award for Best Mobile Initiative as well as Indian fintechs such as Coverfox, Liquiloans and Upwards. The team has extensive experience in credit, investment banking and vendor management. They have graduated from London Business School, Northwestern University (USA), and attained the CFA charter.

The Role:

- Managing and guiding the HR team in sourcing the right talent as per our needs and requirements.

- Building our brand and delivering best in class employee experience

- Monitoring all HR Tasks and ensure completion within a stipulated time frame.
