About our Client - Our client is a international specialty pharmaceuticals company revenues of around £250 million with a strong global presence in over 100 international territories. They have a broad portfolio of products many of which are industry leading brands in their respective markets. They are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead their credit control function.

Job Description - Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will be handling a team of professionals and your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional billing, credit control and debt collection services whilst maintaining good customer relations.

- Overseeing credit management to ensure timely debt collection

- Ensuring that the necessary organizational structure is in place to facilitate the timely and error free production of invoices.

- Planning, organizing and directing an efficient / effective Query Handling Section to ensure that all queries are satisfactorily resolved within the agreed target time frame & standard Preparing monthly reports of the department's activities.

- Ensuring the finance processes comply with regional standards and, where there are deviations, these are adequately substantiated.

- Safeguarding the integrity of the billing process to ensure complete capture of revenue.

- Managing & ensuring all receipts are handled on time & accurate so as to meet regional targets

- Managing the sales accounting process and complying with the internal controls

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / ICWA / MBA Finance with 5 to 10 years of post qualification experience within the Manufacturing/FMCG sector/ Pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience in the Treasury management, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control in a large multinational business. You possess the ability to initiate and formulate process improvement methods in the finance domain. You have strong inter-personal skills and a solid track record of leading a competent team.
