Credit Controller - Healthcare

Position - Credit Controller.

Education - Chartered Accountant / MBA / ICWA with post qualification experience of 4+ years of handling and controlling credit business in any hospital.

Job Role

Should be able to control overall credit business of all hospitals of the company across country

Controlling and ensuring timely credit billing to TPAs / Insurance companies / CHGS / ECHS / other credit parties

Ensuring timely recovery of dues from all credit parties

Ensuring regular reconciliations with TPAs / Insurance companies / CHGS / ECHS / other credit parties

Regular interaction with centres / hospitals for documentation and claim submission

Closely working with Finance team for timely updation of billing and recovery

Formulating and implementing processes around credit business

Able to handle teams (billing and recovery)

Should be process oriented person, able to work on numbers and analysis

Good communication skills and inter departmental and outside interactions

Should have excellent command on MS Office

Should be able to handle team of 12-15 members.
