Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities
- Discussion of observations with Seniors - National Credit Head and Chief Credit Officer
- Preparation of Final Report and roll out to all the stakeholders
- Presentation of key observations to Senior Management on periodic basis
- Managing a team & drive the results/ goals set for self & Team.
Core Responsibilities
- Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal process
- Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting
- Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files
- Data Base Hind sighting - Review of Policy Parameters basis the entire data dump extracted from system and highlighting key deviations from Policy
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
- Active participation in process re-engineering related to product handled in Hind sighting
- Collaborate with Risk, OSD & Policy team for any change in the process/policy.
- Self-driven, goal oriented & dynamic in nature.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the Senior Management
- Suggestion for changes in Policy
- Total experience of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably from banks.
- Detailed domain and process acumen on retail assets products.
- Well versed with geography and markets.
- Networking with peers in competition.
- Should exhibit, a flair for investigation and fraud containment process management.
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills with a knowledge of LOS and MS office would be an added advantage
