We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Consultant with 2-5 / 5-10 years of experience in credit analysis, specifically focusing on credit memo processes, loan annual reviews, and rating research papers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing large corporates and financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and specialty finance entities.

Job Description:

As a Credit Consultant you will be a key member of our Credit Risk team, responsible for conducting in-depth credit analysis of large corporates and financial institutions. Your expertise in credit writing, including credit memos, loan annual reviews, and rating research papers, will be pivotal in assessing and mitigating credit risks associated with our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in supporting our lending and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Analysis:Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of large corporates and financial institutions, including Banks, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, and Specialty Finance entities.

2. Credit Memos:Prepare detailed and well-structured credit memos outlining the creditworthiness of clients, including financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.

3. Loan Annual Reviews: Perform thorough annual reviews of existing loans and credit facilities, assessing any changes in credit risk and making recommendations accordingly.

4. Rating Research Papers: Contribute to the creation of rating research papers, providing insights into credit ratings and creditworthiness.

5. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate credit risk, stress-test scenarios, and analyze covenant compliance.

6. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess credit risks associated with clients, industries, and market conditions.

7. Client Engagement: Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and maintain strong client relationships.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that credit analysis and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

9. Reporting: Prepare and present credit reports and findings to senior management and credit committees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

- 2-10 years of experience in credit analysis within Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, or a Rating Agency.

- Strong credit writing experience, including credit memos, loan annual reviews, and rating research papers.

- Expertise in credit analysis of Large Corporates or Financial Institution Group (Banks, Insurance, Asset Managers, Specialty Finance, etc.).

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in credit analysis.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
