1. Independently conducting Credit Audit of Borrower Accounts in line with guidelines given by Reserve Bank of India on Loan Review Mechanism

2. Independently reviewing credit risk in sourcing, appraisal, sanctioning, documentation, disbursement and post disbursement follow up of given accounts and suggesting areas of improvement wherever required.

3. Participate in audits of various Businesses with particular emphasis on Account / Process Audits

4. Conduct independent 360-degree review of loan assets to assess the asset quality and identify the early warning signals, if any, and advise opinion and actionable in a crisp analysis write up memos.

5. Continuous monitoring of assigned portfolio, following trends in related industries and impact thereof on loan-assets

6. Review of End to End Process with specific attention to completeness and adequacy of business process

7. Ensuring that process being reviewed is carried out as per process manual in place

8. Ensuring process being carried out / account reviewed is in conformity with regulatory and supervisory framework.

9. Suggesting improvements in process manual / internal bank policies

10. Assist in keeping relevant processes benchmarked to Best practices with peer banks

11. Devise checklists and test the Business Products along with processes / procedures to foresee pitfall and bottlenecks and further ensure same are resolved in time-bound manner.

12. Provide improvement / suggestions to existing processes / systems to line managers.

13. Interact and follow up with the counterparts in Business and Risk Department for timely closure of respective observations and completion of periodic top-management reports.

Required Essentials:

1. Graduation with additional qualification viz. CA or MBA or CFA, as required for advanced analysis of financial statements.

2. Understanding Credit Policy and procedures and proactively align with policies and procedures of bank to identify quality issues in individual assets and assigned portfolio as soon as possible.

3. Exposure of minimum 2 - 5 years in PSU Bank / New Generation Pvt. Sector Bank / Foreign Banks preferably in similar departments / audit experience of bank Advances preferable.
