Job Responsibility:

- Project Appraisal – Appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals.

- Due Diligence – Experience in undertaking background check on the promoter / borrower and the project.

- Transaction Ownership – Handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, structuring of the transaction preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, security creation loan disbursement, overseeing of principal and interest repayment and overall relationship management
