Job Role :

- New Product Development: Develop new loan products to cater to our business.

- Decision Analytics.

- Customer Retention Analytics.

- Designing decision tree based models.

- Developing algorithms to identify customers eligible for cross sell/up sell.

- MIS Generation and Automation Automated MIS for effective tracking and monitoring of reports, in various projects and suggest corrective action.

- Risk Management and Business Process Management.

- Frame risk management policies and implement credit risk monitoring framework

- Analyze portfolio behavior and recommend business strategies.

- Risk modeling and scorecard development for home/consumer loans.

- Business process re engineering to improve overall turnaround time for business transactions.

- Bureau Integration.
