Credit Analyst - Underwriting - Project Finance - NBFC

Key Objective of the Job:

Underwriting of project finance transactions primarily into infrastructure sectors such roads, renewables, power transmission, water, logistics, CGD etc..

Major Responsibilities

- Preparation of Credit appraisal note and In-principle notes/presentations.

- Liaison with business, legal and risk teams for execution of transactions, including transaction structuring / term sheet preparation, credit checks on compliance with Pre-Disbursement Conditions, etc.

- Building knowledge base by engaging with internal as well as external parties

- Preparation of financial models and tracking of key operating
