Credit Analyst - Real Estate Lending - Financial Services Firm

One of the largest financial services companies is looking for hire Credit Analyst for Real Estate Lending.

Expertise in Structured Finance and Real Estate lending is essential.

JD :

- Responsible for Credit Appraisal of Real estate financing transactions, this includes:

- Detailed project and group analysis to arrive at key credit risks

- Analysis of relevant micro markets, approvals, and policies

- Working with EW Real Estate Fund, business teams and legal on structuring transactions so as to make them credit strong

- Liasoning with Valuers and Forensic experts for their views on project and group

- Presenting the case to Credit Committee for approval

- Building and maintaining relationships with senior management of clients

- Worked on long term Commercial Real Estate investment strategy project for launch of new product
