Analyst - Real Estate/Corporate Lending

- Conducting market, financial, technical and legal analysis for deals

- Assessing and evaluating the business potential and debt servicing capacity of clients

- Preparing credit committee presentations, financial models and documents

- Reviewing the due diligence reports of reputed 3rd party consultants in detail and undertake a risk assessment

- Legal documentation and execution

- Regular monitoring of asset post disbursement
