Key Responsibilities: Preparation of credit appraisal notes for structured finance

- Preparation of credit appraisal notes for structured finance

- Working closely with internal & external vendors for technical and valuation and legal counsels for structuring.

- Forecast and micro-market analysis and preparing detailed proposals for presenting to the Investment committee.

- Monitoring the investments (including utilization of funds/ collections) & identifying the early signs of stress. Recommending and implementing corrective actions wherever needed.

- Designing and implementing recovery strategy for enforcement.

- Strong hold on Industry, financial & credit principles

- Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
