Credit Analyst-Investment banking, Fund, Asset Management MBA / CA with credit review Exp from the real estate industry would be preferred Role is based in Chennai - Deal assessment of the new leads generated by Fund Manager (risk & credit assessment through cash flow model, market analysis) - Preparation of investment docs - Deal brief note, Deal presentation deck for Credit Committee, Detailed CC Note preparation - Post sanction - Deal Disbursement follow ups & report findings, preparation of DD summary report for internal consumption - Handle pre-disbursement activities including ensuring compliances to conditions precedence for disbursement, execution of transaction documents - Disbursement (Coordination with finance, ensure CP compliance) - Ensuring post-disbursement compliance in terms of NCD allotments, end-use certificate etc. - Monitoring portfolio health month-wise & Preparation of portfolio review reports - Responsible for deal operations post-investment and shall Coordinate with internal divisions as and when required The role requires the candidate to have an understanding of the Real Estate market in South (wholesale experience)
