Qualifications & Experience

- Should be a CA / MBA (F) from a recognized Institute.

- Should have overall 2-3+ yrs of Experience in reputed Bank in SME Department

- With sound knowledge in finance industry. Local knowledge is must.

- Should have the ability to judge the customer profile and delivers quick TAT with quality decisions.

Will report Vice President - Senior Regional Credit Manager

Job Description

- Conducting credit appraisal for proposals and documents.

- Grading and screening the customer profile and documents wrt to policy and norms of the organization.

- Preparation of the Credit Risk Assessment Note and recommendation of loan files as per the approval matrix.

- Monitoring of delinquency and risk / warning signals in the portfolio.

- Liaison with other departments for achievement of common goals of the organization and also with external vendors.

- Interpretation of MIS, understanding root cause and recommendation of action plan for future course of action.
