Position Name: Credit Analyst & Debt Syndication

Location: Mumbai

Experience Range: 3 -6 years

Salary Range: 15-20 LPA

About the client: Our client is a SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banker offering a comprehensive platform of financial services, providing Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and raising Debt Capital services for institutions, corporates, Promoters, and high net worth clients.

Job Role:

- Preparation of Financial Projections

- Corporate Presentation

- Proposal notes

- Co-ordination with lender etc

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification: CA, MBA, CFA

- Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.

- Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 15 crs for corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc

- Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered

- Candidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores

- Excellent command over excel and power point
