Credit Analyst - Corporate Lending

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough credit analysis and transaction structuring for Corporate Lending and Corporate Credit proposals.

2. Take charge of loan proposal processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the evaluation process.

3. Utilise your financial modelling skills to create comprehensive financial models from scratch.

4. Prepare well-structured credit notes that present detailed credit analyses for loan proposals.

5. Exhibit excellent Credit Committee Presentation Skills to effectively communicate and advocate for proposed transactions.

6. Demonstrate expertise in underwriting Corporate Loans and Structured Finance transactions.

7. Assist the team in origination efforts and perform preliminary company/sponsor analysis.

8. Perform periodic quarterly credit reviews of corporate loans, evaluating creditworthiness and potential risks.

9. Review and analyse covenants for Corporate Lending cases with ticket sizes ranging from 50 - 400 Cr.

Candidate Profile:

- A CA/MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a prerequisite for this position.

- Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant work experience as a Credit Analyst in Corporate Lending.

- Candidates with experience in Structured Finance & AIF will be given preference.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve case-studies as part of the job interview process.
