Credit Analyst - Corporate Banking

Looking for Credit Analyst -Corporate Banking for a Private Bank (7-15 yrs)

Job Summary : Manage credit for Corporate Banking

Detailed Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for write-up of CAM by working closely with regional head and Risk Team.

2.Preparing spreads which are consistent, error-free and in line with classification parameters.

3.Taking ownership of portfolio, acting with a sense of urgency, assessing credit, financial and repayment risk

4.Responsible for managing the financial requirements of corporate clients, both existing and new, identifying their financial needs through regular interactions and delivering suitable solutions as per Bank's business and income policy.

5.Post sanction activities like issuance of Sanction letter, acceptance thereof and documentation, security creation, and execution of other covenants stipulated in proposal for smooth release of facilities.

6.Responsible for timely renewals/appraisals/modifications etc, along with mandatory monitoring in co-ordination with Credit

7.Conducted financial review of customer lines of credit by assessing company financials and initiating credit application reviews.

8.Made decisions and recommendations about extending lines of credit. Improved understanding of financial statements, which helped in assessing risk
