Credit Analyst - Construction Finance - NBFC - CA

We are hiring for a leading NBFC in Bangalore.

 Job details are given below :

- The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting Construction Finance proposal as per the laid down policies & procedures

- To conduct the personal discussion with customers to establish Creditworthiness.

- The incumbent will ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification telephonic, field & collateral visits.

- The incumbent will prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).

- To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met.

- To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.

- To control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up the customer on the first presentation.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with min 5 years of experience in a credit role in large ticket size lending for Construction Finance

- Strong understanding of Construction finance lending
