Credit Analyst - C&IF

- Responsible for credit assessment and regular review of proposals for Mid and Large Corporate clients

- Detailed financial analysis including finalization of financials model

- Preparation of credit approval memorandum and following internal approval processes

- Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of income statement, balance sheet, financial ratios, cash flows, management risk, industry risk and economic conditions

- To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliances

- Review and adherence of the rating, methodology/frame work for risk classification

- Manage credit risk across all product and transactions in wholesale banking

- Active client interaction for risk assessment as well as execution of transactions

- Facilitate regular portfolio reviews to identify and present risks associated with portfolio and recommend relevant actions

- Responsible for identification of other risks and escalation to relevant risk partners

- Regulatory interaction for credit risk management.
