1) Core Technical Skills

- Proven knowledge and skills in financial spreading, preparing credit reports including financial statement analysis, financial projection as well as market and industry analysis

- Strong knowledge and proven track-record of active credit portfolio management including credit structuring & analysis

- Strong knowledge of loan products and other credit instruments

- Strong knowledge of credit risk products and portfolio/ economic capital models and methodologies and drivers of portfolios risk

- Good knowledge of regulatory capital rules

- Good knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative approaches to credit risk assessment

- Knowledge of credit risk/portfolio management systems and appreciation of importance of data

2) Other Experience

- CPA/CFA with proven experience as credit analyst preferably in multinational bank and/or fund house.

- Previous experience in actively managing bank credit portfolios and managing teams

- Experience in managing complex projects

- Track record of driving process and cultural change
