Credit Analyst - BFSI

Credit Analyst with an ARC

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, create financial models in excel, IRR calculations, and prepare investment committee memos/presentations.

- Interact with bankers, consultants and facilitate the structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and preparation of Resolution plan

- Work with consultants/company etc. to facilitate execution of resolution plan of distressed assets, as approved by the Board

- Carry out Primary and secondary research - sector / industry and gather relevant data of the industry and competitors. Remain abreast with industry level developments.

- Prepare periodic review reports of existing portfolio companies to the management

- Support Resolution Manager to liaison with various stakeholders to implement approved plan/strategy for resolution and recovery.

- Preparation of scenarios analysis in ongoing Resolution plans

- Prepare teasers/dockets/presentations for Board/ Investment committee/ prospective investors

Job requirements :

Qualifications - CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)

Work Experience - Minimum 3years in financial advisory/ corporate credit, upto6 years
