Job Role :

- Performing Due Diligence of projects / expansions / operations across the industries.

- Debt in Credit Appraisal & Credit Report.

- Financial Modelling and Project Report writing for clients across segments to be presented to top management at Banks / Financial Institutions & Promoters for decision making

- Carrying out Company Level Analysis of Profitability, Credit Risk and Competition Benchmarking

- Rendering financial and operational insight through detailed and complex business analysis, fuelling strategic business decisions, controlled expenses and increased profitability through key performance improvement recommendations

- Assisting in Legal Documentation on commercial and project specific aspects for achieving financial closure.
