Job Title: Credit Analyst

Education & Experience:

- CA or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in credit analysis, ideally within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.

- Strong grasp of credit risk, financial analysis, and loan structuring.

Key Skills:

- Proficient in evaluating client creditworthiness and analyzing financial statements.

- Skilled in preparing comprehensive credit reports and presentations.

- Knowledgeable about debt products, loan agreements, and credit documentation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in credit management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assess creditworthiness of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and corporate clients.

- Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, cash flow projections, and asset portfolios to evaluate credit risk.

- Prepare detailed credit reports, outlining key risks, strengths, and loan structuring recommendations.

- Collaborate with relationship managers and product teams to develop tailored credit solutions for clients.

- Monitor existing credit exposures and suggest appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for all credit approvals.

- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and industry risks affecting client portfolios.
