Recruiter (6 months Contract)
Salary Offered : 6 - 8 LPA
The position will be responsible for the entire Recruitment Cycle. This will include :
Sourcing :
- Understanding job specs and translating them into clear and time-bound actionable for all hiring channels
- Effectively using channels such as Employee Referrals, Recruitment Consultants, Online Job Boards and social media to hire suitable candidates
- Ensuring that recruitment is conducted as per timelines and quality standards
-Effectively manage Consultants so that they provide relevant CVs in a timely manner
- Highlighting the organization's value proposition to candidates by way of sharing organizational information, best in class policies and practices, job description and working conditions
Selection :
- Shortlisting candidates based on job specs
- Ensuring efficient scheduling of interviews
- Following up with Hiring Managers for feedback
- Handholding Hiring Managers through the recruitment process as defined in Policy
On-boarding :
- Assisting Senior HR staff in offer communication and negotiation with candidates
- Coordinating with candidates and Recruitment Consultants for firming up joining dates
- Following up with candidates to ensure completion of documentation
- Liaising with the Travel Desk to make arrangements for candidates' travel and relocation
