Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lending Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lending sales team by ensuring efficient operations and seamless execution of lending transactions. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, operational expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing: Facilitate the end-to-end loan application process, including document collection, verification, and data entry into relevant systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing of loans. Coordinate with sales representatives, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and expedite loan approvals.
- Documentation Review: Conduct thorough review and analysis of loan documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information. Communicate with clients and internal teams to address any discrepancies and facilitate document completion.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates on loan applications. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lending process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on loan application status, pipeline metrics, and operational performance. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the lending process.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the integrity of lending operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize lending processes to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve the overall customer experience. Implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in lending operations, preferably in a financial institution or lending organization.
- Strong understanding of lending products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with loan origination systems/software is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
