Above all, we have a gold mine waiting to be unlocked - the humongous amount of financial data flowing through our servers!

We have recently raised a 2.1 million $ seed round from marquee VC Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, Understanding business requirements and hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements and building the strong pipeline for the positions

- Closing open positions within the given timeline and delivering the best resource

- Manage the end to end interview and post interview cycle to ensure best candidates are selected and join the organisation.

- Negotiate and drive business goals with incoming talent.

- HIre best possible talent in every vertical of the business with specific focus on engineering and product roles along with leadership hiring.

- Take some parts of the role as HR business partner and look after the employee engagement and culture.

- Help Build a brand for the organisation to attract the best talent.

Requirements and skills :

- Start up experience is a must

- 4-7 Yrs of experience is required in HR and Talent Acquisition.

- Proven working experience in HR Domain

- People oriented and results driven

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
