Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated D2C Business Development Manager to join our growing team at CredFlow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding our customer base through strategic partnerships and market insights.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling our platform, identifying new growth opportunities, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:


- D2C Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C business development strategy to increase the customer base, drive revenue, and achieve growth targets for the platform.

- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, including direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses, that can benefit from CredFlow's offerings.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use these insights to refine business development strategies and identify new opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on campaign strategies, product offerings, and customer feedback.

- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of CredFlow's services to potential customers.

- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.

- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in D2C sales or fintech/ SaaS industries.

- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers at all levels.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to structure deals that benefit both the client and the organization.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and industry trends to make informed decisions.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software. Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.

- Customer-Centric: A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet targets and objectives.
