Job Title: - Field Sales Associate -
Location: Chandigarh, Mohali
Position Overview: within our Channel Sales Vertical, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic management of key channel partners.
You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing channel partners while identifying and establishing new partnerships to enhance market reach and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth through channels.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partners are effectively promoting our products/services.
Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners who align with our business objectives and target markets.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new partners, ensuring mutual benefit and clear expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop channel-specific sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Support partners with marketing collateral, product information, and sales tools to facilitate effective selling.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sales associate or similar role in channel sales, ideally within SAAS industry.
Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop tactical plans to achieve sales targets.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
