Role:
- This will be an incredibly customer-facing role, with responsibilities including developing sales presentations, responding to RFP / RFI requests, delivering demonstrations and customer presentations and helping to secure new business. Strong technical understanding and articulate and professional communication skills will be key as well as a willingness to travel to client's premises or international office locations.
- Should be passionate about Sales and strives to solve customer problems, a knack for understanding Technology and pitch products solutions to prospective & existing clientele.
- Should possess excellent communication skills & domain expertise which will add value to the consultative sales process & enable sales outcome.

Responsibilities:
- Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFPs
- Work with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Work in a consultative framework identifying client pain, defining the proposition fit and pitching tailored solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on products and be a facilitator to integrate client requirements to the Product features.
- Work closely with the wider team to share learnings and continuously improving material
- Lead workshops with customers to upsell & inspire roadmap
- Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, product demonstrations and impactful pitch presentations and developer Q&A
- Communicate the evolving products, API platform and customisation options clearly and effectively to the customers
Key Requirements:
- A track record in technology-based presales or the role of a solution, ideally with SaaS platforms with an API component
- Experience in an environment where client engagement is used throughout the lifecycle of a sales engagement
- A fintech environment is desirable
- Experience in a B2B function where customer interaction is a significant angle of the role
- Have a passion for digital, agile, software product management
