The Team :
The management team, investors and advisors helped build some of the most successful and iconic companies globally. They come from backgrounds including experience with firms such as McKinsey, Visa, Mastercard, JP Morgan, Citigroup, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Macquarie, Accenture, BCG, HSBC, Copal Amba (Moody's) and KPMG.
The Opportunity :
- You will get to play a meaningful role in a highly disruptive global fintech company. - Your role will involve working closely with the management team to help commercialize the platform across global markets.
The Role :
- Work closely with the founding team to build and execute on a marketing roadmap for the company's digital lending platform
- Develop digital marketing strategy and campaigns to position the company as a provider of premium cutting-edge software that can transform small business lending at financial institutions
- Drive significant interest in the company's products by driving awareness including defining the product positioning, value proposition, and key benefits to educate and excite external and internal stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate and execute to develop high quality marketing collateral and impactful campaigns
- Run content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to help drive engagement, leads and revenues
- Work as a partner along-side global business development and sales teams for account-based marketing initiatives
- Work with a global team of external vendors and consultants to deliver the highest quality marketing and PR campaigns
- Help plan and execute SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, events and advertising campaigns
- Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing campaign performance
The Ideal Candidate :
- 8-15 years of experience in a marketing role in a leading global enterprise software company
- Experience of working in a leading global lending software company
- Experience in working in the US market and generating significant returns
- Good at problem solving, project management and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has good aesthetic
- Ability to generate high ROI from limited budgets
