CredAble - Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love and willing to contribute to Supply chain finance transformation in India. CredAble is India's largest working capital tech platform enabling more than $3 Billion working capital annually. As an umbrella platform for all working capital solutions, CredAble caters to the working capital requirements of India Inc which includes large, mid, emerging corporates, MSMEs, and financial institutions. CredAble's platform hosts over 75 corporate customers, over 1,50,000 small business borrowers, and over 30 large financial institutions and banks. By leveraging the technology built in-house, expertise in big data analytics, trade finance, and partnerships with capital providers, CredAble leads the working capital space while witnessing over 500% year-on-year growth.

Your Role at CredAble :

- Develop and execute product strategies for our financial services products.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Define product features and requirements based on customer insights, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

- Define and measure product metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to payments and financial services.

- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners.

Preferred Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments.

- Proven track record of delivering successful payment and financial services products from concept to launch.

- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers or product owners.
