CredAble - Senior Manager - Credit Risk

You Will Be Responsible For:

- Underwriting function for Credable's lending business

- Responsible for evaluating credit risk, preparing credit application notes, and presenting to Credit Committee.

- Contributing to the development of the Credit risk framework - risk process and policy, product development, portfolio management, and portfolio monitoring.

- Contributing to the scale-up of Credable's risk management and underwriting capabilities, to meet the needs of rapidly growing AUM.

- Liaising with senior management on risk, product, and portfolio strategy

- Experience in credit underwriting, preferably SME / SCF.

You Will Be Reporting To:

- This position will report directly to the VP of Credit.

What will you bring to the table?

- 5+ years of experience in Underwriting for wholesale lending , Preferably working in Banks or NBFC.

- Ability to crunch data, analyze and present findings from financial statements & data sets.

- Good working knowledge of Excel and Power point along with the ability to present it to senior stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Structured and ability to think on his/her feet

The Educational Qualification You'll Need: CA qualified/ PGDM / MBA - Finance
