CredAble - Lead - Partnership & Alliance

You will be responsible for:

The individual will drive key partnerships for MSME Lending.

- Take responsibility for enhancing business from partners in the MSME domain including NBFCs/digital DSAs

- Responsible for driving key partnerships with for MSME Business Lending, by improving funnel, build growth strategy and improve conversion efficiency.

- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc.

- Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships

- Identify and partner with brands, to drive lending partnership in their value chain

- PnL ownership for the strategic partnerships and brand alliances for lending book.

- Have market knowledge of small business lending.

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market.

- Experience focusing on the partnerships in digital lending.

- The educational qualification you'll need:

- MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred.
