Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant experience, possessing in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, corporate payroll, balance sheet preparation, and profit & loss statements. The ability to handle stakeholders effectively will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Handle GST and TDS filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

- Manage corporate payroll, ensuring salary processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with labor laws.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.

- Develop and implement financial policies and strategies to improve overall financial health.

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, corporate payroll, balance sheet, and P&L statements.

- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and taxation.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead financial operations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a corporate finance role.

- Experience in handling external audits and liaising with financial institutions.
