Who You Are:

Educational Achievements:

- A degree from a Tier 1 institution (NIT, IIT, or a top MBA university) in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.

- Certifications in analytics or project management (CBAP, CAPM, PMP) are a plus.

Experience Matters:

- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the debt collection or financial services sector.

- Familiarity with debt collection systems and a strong understanding of industry compliance standards.

Skill Set:

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and workflow automation.
