What is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for India's most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior. CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea being to create a community centered around this virtue. a community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behavior to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception. to build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true.

This role will increase talent density for CRED by defining and executing talent programs that drive all inputs to drive talent density at CRED during hiring. the role holder will define bespoke mechanisms that cut across talent branding, employer value proposition, hiring capability building, hiring process excellence and reporting/dashboarding.

what will you do :
- Enable inputs that drive a high performance culture by partnering leaders across Data Science, Security and Operations teams at CRED
- Strategic partnership with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve high performing engaged teams.
- Anchor discussions with the business to provide insights for enhancing team engagement and people development
- Drive inputs and own mechanisms that drive leadership accountability towards building a people first organisation
- Influence and drive change through data, identify problem areas and build effective and data driven solutions
- Partner to drive org and talent needs, run mechanisms that include but not limited to performance reviews, compensation planning
- Work with teams and look at enhancing lifecycle experience for team members and be seen as a go-to person for all facets of talent development
